From a Single Room to a Full-Scale Textile Innovation Hub
Our journey began with humble beginnings—just a small rented room, a passion for textiles, and a dedication to craftsmanship. The story started with hand-operated flock printing on small tables, where precision and patience defined every piece. As demand grew, we took a bold step forward and invested in our first full-fledged Stenter machine from Taiwan, enabling us to scale our flock printing operations significantly.

When challenges arose—particularly with lighter shades like white, which posed cleaning difficulties—we didn’t cut corners. Instead, we invested in a second Stenter machine, dedicated solely to handling these delicate prints, ensuring quality was never compromised.
With a strong foundation in flock printing, we ventured into textile coatings, beginning with blackout coating—a service that quickly set us apart in the industry. From there, we expanded into a diverse range of performance coatings including RFL, PU, FR, acrylic, water & oil repellency, and more. Each coating was developed through countless hours of research, trials, and fine-tuning—crafting custom formulations to meet the exact needs of our clients.
Advanced Textile Laminations for Durable, High-Performance Fabrics
To further expand our capabilities, we added hot melt lamination to our portfolio, offering functional, multi-layered textile solutions using TPU, PE, EVA, and custom fabric combinations. This technique ensures strong adhesion while maintaining the flexibility, breathability, and integrity of the base materials.
What began as a small family endeavor has now evolved into a fully owned, large-scale production facility.
Our legacy traces back to Mr. Abdul Hafeez (1933–2008), whose work ethic and values remain the cornerstone of our company. In honor of his memory, the company was named Hafeez Flock Works by his son and current CEO, Mr. Ejaz Ahmad, who continues to lead the company with vision, integrity, and a drive for innovation.
Today, we stand as a trusted name in textile printing, coating, and lamination—serving industries far and wide while staying rooted in the spirit of craftsmanship that started it all.
